Safety Certificates Customers who have registered may visit our website www.edtech.co.uk to download the latest safety certificates. Edtech will provide EN71 certification for all of our products. ASTM and CPSIA certification will be provided as appropriate. As importer please ensure your country’s legal requirements for certification and testing have been met. Edtech will not be liable for providing safety certification for goods exported to a country where safety certification requirements are outside of EN71 or ASTM and CPSIA requirements or for any changes made to these requirements after the time goods are shipped. Lead Times For FOB China orders please allow two months from time of order for the goods to be produced and ready for dispatch plus shipping time. Prices Prices are affective January 1, 2011 to December 31 2011. Prices stated are in US Dollars. Minimum Orders Orders meeting our minimum production MOQ of 500 units can order FOB China. (Please refer to our FOB China price quoted in US dollars $ unless otherwise stated). Orders below 500 units will be delivered from our UK based warehouse. (Please refer to the Ex works UK price column). Payment Terms 50% with order and 50% prior to delivery. Documents Shipping documents will be sent by regular postal service as soon as they are made available. Shipping At the time of receipt, check your Bill of Lading carefully as it is your responsibility to report damages and shortages to the carrier. Returns Defective goods will be replaced if reported to our customer services department within 15 days. We do not accept responsibility for goods damaged in transit. In these cases please contact the carrier to file a claim. General returns on products may be made within 60 days of the original invoice date. Returned products must be in resalable condition and in their original packaging. A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returns unless as a result of an error made by Edtech. Orders under £350.00 will incur a minimum £15.00 carriage and handling charge. New accounts are made on a pro forma basis until a credit history has been established. To set up an account a completed credit application form must be provided. Please contact our sales department for a form. All credit accounts are subject to credit approval. Payment terms are 30 days from date of invoice. Accounts must be current before subsequent shipments will be made. Overdue accounts are subject to a 2% per month finance charge. All goods remain the property of Edtech until paid for in full. In the event of a third party collection or debt recovery agency being assigned to recover any outstanding accounts all charges and legal expenses will be added to the account. Delivery lead time is four weeks from date of order. Edtech will not be held liable for unavoidable delays in lead time. These will be notified to the customer as soon as possible. Any damages or shortfalls in delivery must be communicated in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Lead Times Please allow 28 days for delivery. |
