terms and conditionsDelivery made from our UK premises is made to the buyers premises or any address given in the buyers purchase order. Delivery is free for UK mainland locations on all orders over £350.00. A carriage charge of £15.00 will be added to UK mainland orders of less than £350.00. All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of printing and may be changed without notice. Sales are made on a pro-forma basis. 30 days credit is available subject to acceptance in writing of an application for credit. We reserve the right to withdraw credit and demand immediate settlement at any time. All goods remain the property of edtech until paid for in full. In the event of a third party collection or debt recovery agency being assigned to recover any outstanding accounts on behalf of edtech all charges and legal costs will be added to the account and interest of 2% per month may be added to overdue accounts. Delivery lead time is four weeks from the date the order is received by edtech. Our lead time is given in good faith and while every effort will be made to meet this lead time edtech no liability can be accepted for late or non-deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances.
